Refunds and Cancellations

✦ Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as the package has not yet shipped. After 24 hours or once your order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.

✦ Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Please review item descriptions, grading policies, and product sizing carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• An item arrives damaged
• An incorrect item was sent
• An ordered item is no longer in stock

We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us within 10 days of your delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right. You can contact us through the form on our site or email us directly at mandykay14art@gmail.com.

When reaching out, please include:

• Your order number
• At least one photo of the item in question
• If damaged: photos of the item, the exterior of the mailer packaging, and the interior of the mailer packaging
