We want your order to arrive safely and on time! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship at MandyKay Art Studio. 📦💜

✦ Processing Times

Current processing time is 3–5 business days. Packages are dropped off at the post office every Monday and Friday. If a drop-off day falls on a holiday, your package will be sent on the next available business day.

✦ Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout only. Address changes may be possible if the shipping label has not yet been printed — please contact us immediately if you need to make a correction. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

✦ Once Your Order Ships

Once your package has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the mail carrier. That said, if you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out — we'll do our best to help!

✦ Lost or Stuck in Transit?

Packages sometimes get stuck or temporarily drop off the tracking radar, but they usually find their way back into the system. Here's what to do:

• U.S. customers: Please wait at least 1–2 weeks from the last tracking update before contacting us. If it's been more than 4 weeks with no delivery, reach out and we'll work to make it right.
• International customers: International orders can take up to 2 months to arrive. Tracking often stops updating once a package reaches an international sorting facility — this is normal! If it's been more than 2 months with no delivery, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
